Police have released an image of the man suspected to be the Johannesburg northern suburbs arsonist.

Police have launched a picture of the person suspected to be the Johannesburg northern suburbs arsonist.

Sello mentioned Novans served a earlier jail sentence of seven years of which 4 years had been suspended for 5 years.
