A person died from extreme burns after turning into trapped by a hearth throughout hazard discount burning on his property within the state’s Central West on Saturday.
Emergency providers had been referred to as to The Bogan Way in Forbes at about 11.30am after the person suffered critical burns.
Police stated the 75-year-old man was conducting a hazard discount burn on one in all his paddocks, with the assistance of NSW Rural Fire Service members and household, when he turned trapped by the hearth.

Paramedics and RFS members handled him on the scene earlier than he was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital, the place he died on Saturday evening.
