KCR's Party To Back 'Natural Ally' Janata Dal Secular In Karnataka Polls: Report

Describing the Janata Dal (Secular) a “natural ally”, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi has determined to throw its weight totally behind the previous Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda-led celebration within the coming Assembly elections in Karnataka, BRS sources stated on Sunday.

Telangana’s governing celebration was earlier weighing its choice of fielding its candidates in some districts bordering Telangana in Kalyana-Karnataka (earlier often called Hyderabad-Karnataka) as a part of its technique to develop nationally however that plan is now not on the desk now.

JD(S) chief and former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in Kolkata final week and requested the TMC boss to marketing campaign within the Karnataka Assembly polls.

“Mamata Banerjee has agreed to Kumaraswamy’s request to campaign in Karnataka. She has asked him to send her a schedule”, a JD(S) chief had stated after the assembly within the West Bengal capital.

Kumaraswamy had attended the assembly of opposition events convened by Banerjee in Kolkata in January 2019 forward of the Lok Sabha ballot that 12 months.
