5.1-magnitude quake jolts southern Iran

BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 1. A 5.1-magnitude
earthquake has shaken southern Iran, the European Mediterranean
Seismological Center stated, Trend studies.

The epicenter of the quake was positioned 257 km southeast of the
metropolis of Shiraz. The seismic heart was positioned at a depth of two
km.

There have been no studies about victims or potential
damages.
